As each day passes by, I've been getting these little red spots all at various/random part of my body (particularly around clothing area). I started freaking out thinking I had hepatitis, std's, a skin disease, cancer, etc. Silly me, it was just a damn heat rash ( I live in So Cal)...or at least I hope it is Anybody else here has heat rash? If you do, can you give me some tips on how to get rid of these small blotchy red spots?

Shower daily, you know good hygiene really is all that is needed.

Na, it's not a hygiene thing. I used to get it very badly when I worked in a kitchen. There's creams and stuff you can get but I couldn't ever be bothered, but I'd ask your local pharmacist.

"Basically dress in as few clothes as possible, just make sure and stay presentable. Keep your skin cool and as dry as possible. If possible try and schedule out door activities in the early morning or late evening times and not during the heat of the day. Make sure and keep your skin clean and have good hygiene. Try not to be overly active when in the heat because of the sweating."
"If you are unable to prevent Heat Rash from developing there are several different treatments that you can try. Heat Rash does not usually require medical attention. First and fore most, do not use any creams on a Heat Rash unless a doctor does prescribe or recommends them for you to use.
In most cases ointments and creams can cause a rash like this to worsen because it keeps it moist. Cool baths or showers can help relieve the symptoms of the itching. Bathing in oatmeal mixes or using oatmeal soaps can help stop the itching and speed the healing process. You can also use powders that contain Corn Starch as they help keep the skin dry. Keep the area that is infected with the rash exposed and as dry as possible. Anti itch medications such as Benadryl can be helpful for those suffering from a severe case of Heat Rash."

Camel, if you worked in a kitchen, more likely than not you were getting yeast infections!!! Funny to say, but true.

Haha, no, it was a heat rash, I got it checked (as there were a few meningicoccal infections around here at that time and one of the symptoms of that is a body rash).

I don't know, this seems like a pointless thread, the chances of us passing are slim to none. But I'm in

the key is to keeping it dry and it will eventually clear up, creams and ointments dont help. i have had a handfull of employee's have the same problem and that usually does the trick.

So, who's the best basketball player you've ever played against?
Mine:
-Brent Scott
-Zavier Turner
-Tyree Robinson
-Some kid from Southern Indiana. It was at an AAU tournament.
Two of those guys(Scott and Robinson)have twin brothers

Have you ever played against any of the All-Ohio teams? Or Ohio Basketball Club? I know that's who Zavier plays for.
BTW, the guys I listed, I think are all top 50 nationally in the class of 2013.

Best I've played against is easy. Derrick Fisher. That was only in pickup in the summers though, when I was in high school and he was in college.
Pickup also against Renaldo Baulkman, but that was when I was in grad school and he played at SC.
Best I every played against in game situations was probably Jason Jennings a 7'1'' guy drafted in 2002, I think, by the Portland Trailblazers (somewhere at the end of the 1st round). He never had the speed to make it in the NBA though and only lasted about 2 seasons. I have no idea where he is now.
