Increases your player's Endurance by 1.

And...
Eagle Eye Vision
Very Rare, Permanent
You don't need eyes to see. You need vision.

Unlocks the ability to reallocate Passing to other attributes on your gym page.

I got one that says take 10 minutes of training off the top qued . would be good for the beginging of the year for endurance

Yeah, there should be some sort of currency system.  Like you should be able to sell perks you don't want for 50% or 75% of their value and get ones you actually want.  But before that happens, I think they need to fix it so all the perks actually work.
