yeah, i'm there. Currently behind 28 - 16 but not too concerned about winning. Got rid of a bunch of mediocre older players in favor of even shittier players who are younger for training/selling purposes.

I tried it. It sucked. It took 15 minutes to load one page and the team I inherited, despite winning most of their games in the regular season, lost their playoff game by 20 and their scrimmage by 30. This, combined with that messed up rating scale, cause me to quit.

No real control. You train the players on your team, set lineups, offensive/defensive strategy, build a stadium, etc.

From reading the forums, it seems the suggested method is to develop a position or two, sell them away for cash, and then buy new development prospects or players at positions that you aren't training. I'm guessing if you care about scouting and spend a lot of time looking to buy/sell players it could take up a good chunk of time, but otherwise it seems like you could visit once a day for a few minutes and call it good.
